- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today, 10th October 2016, took an injured baby gull to the Sussex Coast Vets at De La Warr Road, about 8am or so from Hastings. It had been hit by a car and possibly two at two different parts of the road (usual at this time of year with some road users) after some mindless individual had thrown a takeaway rice and container in the road, right wing was broken and left eye area was damaged. The poor little thing had plenty of fight left and I have the marks to prove it! The ladies at the vets were very helpful and took the little soul in for whatever they can do.
